The main function of the Mobile iPOD Cradle is to power and charge your iPOD while your on the move, and hold it securely into it’s position.

The Mobile iPOD Cradle uses the original iPOD cradle connector. By using this original iPOD cradle connector and by the perfect fit to the iPOD, the iPOD is protected in the best way possible.

Integrated inside the Mobile iPOD Cradle is a charging system. The Mobile iPOD Cradle has a single cable output which splits into a cigarette lighter plug which supplies the 12V/24V power to the Mobile
iPOD Cradle, and a 8 pin Mini-DIN connector so you are able to connect your iPOD to the Car Radio, with the optional CICA-01 Line in Cable, CIFM-100 FM Modulator, or to the DICE solution (mostly recommended).

This cradle can also be combined with any OEM manufacturer (i.e. BMW, Mercedes, Volvo) iPod interface and aftermarket (i.e. PAC, Monster Cable, Peripheral, Metra)

Standard this kit comes with an extra fuse cable to hard wire the Mobile iPOD Cradle in your vehicle, 2 screwsets and a rotating swivel.
